1. Services Provided

WSolution offers the following services:

  • 360° Virtual Tours

  • Drone Photography & Videography

  • Property Photography

  • Property Inspections

  • Custom Visual Content for Events and Businesses

Full service details and pricing can be found on our website or provided upon request.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking.

  • The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final content.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or invoice.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has cleared.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit.

  • 24–72 hours notice: 50% of total job fee charged.

  • Less than 12 hours notice or no-shows: No refund.

WSolution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Technical issues

  • Safety concerns (especially for drone operations)

In such cases, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Edited media is typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery method: secure digital link or file transfer platform.

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate details regarding property access and availability

  • Ensure the location is tidy and prepared for filming

  • Confirm any special requests in writing before the booking

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All media created by WSolution is owned by WSolution until full payment is received.

  • Once paid in full, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the content for their own marketing.

  • Media cannot be resold or reused by third parties for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Drone Flight Conditions

Drone operations are subject to UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and are weather-dependent.

Flights will not proceed if:

  • Conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, rain)

  • The location is within restricted airspace without proper clearance

8. Liability

WSolution is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, restricted access, or scheduling conflicts

  • Misuse of delivered content by the client or third parties

  • Properties that are not prepared for filming or photography

We carry public liability insurance to protect our team while on-site.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes will be posted on our website.
